NOS Wisconsin Robin Ditch Witch Large Actuator Drum or Clutch, Drive Control?

(1) NOS drive clutch or actuator drum, part# Unknown. Thanks to a helpful shopper who spotted this, I believe this to be the drive control for a C-Series Ditch Witch such as the C-7, C-9, C77 or C99. But I do not have parts manuals to verify this. This part was in a large lot of Wisconsin parts, no packaging or labeling, so I can't even tell you the part number. But this is a large, heavy actuator of some sort. The part weighs almost 8 lbs and is clearly meant to mount on a ~1 15/16" shaft with a ~1/4" keyway. The entire assembly is ~ 8 1/8" in diameter and ~1 1/4" thick. The 2nd & 3rd pictures show the actuator movement from one side; 4 & 5 show it from the other. Box #41
