    My business is a web-based sales model.  I don’t have a traditional brick & mortar location and I do not have a business phone.  This website is packed with information & literature and is designed to be a self-service tool.  With the massive increase in the volume of email, my response times are getting longer and I’m finding I have less time to work on customer saws or list new parts in the webstore.
    All of my available parts are listed in the appropriate     model categories.  If you didn't see the part that you are looking for there, I very likely ​do not have it!  I don’t keep a stock of “unlisted” parts and I do not have a bone pile. If I don’t have the part(s) you need, check Ebay.  That’s my #1 recommendation!  
    I have an extensive collection (nearly complete) of     IPL’s for Homelite chainsaws & equipment to help you locate the part #’s that you need; just click “Parts Diagrams” above.

Where's the phone number?

I get a lot of questions about why there isn't a phone number posted anywhere on this site...that's not a mistake.  I'm the sole-proprietor of this site, I have a M-F 8AM to 5PM job, I have 2 young children and next to no "spare" time!  Unfortunately my day job is not conducive to receiving calls and I certainly don't have my massive inventory memorized!  I typically work on the website and shipping at odd hours.  The business I envisioned was primarily web-based; almost all questions or issues can be worked out via email (which I can respond to @ 4:30 in the morning!).  I know this is a non-traditional business model, but it works!  99% of all questions can be answered via email.  Thanks for your understanding!
